I did not relize that you were talking about the Pacific Coast . I had an opportunity to get a 92 for $4k just before I got my Savage. At the time I did not consider a used bike. Now I think I wish I would have gone for it.
As far as I know they do not make them anymore. They make an 1100 but it is more of a sports touring bike than the older 800.
I personally think that the older Pacific Coast bikes are the sharpest looking machines that are around (assumming that you like plastic) Buck Roger's look, all the way. You need to customerize these bikes with rocket launchers and machine gun pods. I guess if you don't know what these bikes look like, you probably think that I am talking crazier than usual. If you know the bike I'm talking about, you can't say I'm wrong!
